EARNED INCOME TAX

Clicking on the "2009 Tax Changes" link will open a .pdf file.

Clinking the "Earned Income Tax" link will open the information page of the Earned Income Tax form.  At the bottom of the information page is a link to the Earned Income Tax form, which can be printed for use.  Please note this is NOT an "online" form for submitting tax information.  It is intended to be filled in after it is printed. 

Once you have completed the your tax calculations on this form and it is ready for submitting make a copy for your records.
