The form can be filled in and printed If the form is filled in and printed it can NOT be saved. Filling in page 1 of the form will automatically fill in page 2 (Taxpayer Copy).
The blank form can be printed for filling in by hand.
Once you have completed your tax calculations, keep the Taxpayer Copy for your records.
